Good food and rooms are clean

The hotel does not encourage to use the Booking.com. The staff at reception clearly told me not to use online booking. The facility offered online will be much less than direct booking. Wifi connection was not good.

Well located from Narayana Hridayala . The hotel offers complimentary pick up and drop to the hospital which is well appreciated There is difficulty in accessing the hotel from the main road while coming in by Uber due to Metro construction diversions. Better to contact the hotel directly for directions rather than relying on Google maps It’s a clean place, spacious rooms and happy service . Breakfast is vegetarian and yummy. Healthy fare

Access diversions due to Namma Metro

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Previously was provided shuttle to Narahayana Hospitals as well as kids channel for children .Now the hotel staff make it a point to rub on u that it caters to corporate bookings..The food is mediocre, and the so called four star hotel refused to activate kids pack on Tata sky for me despite me willing to pay. All in all there is a feeling that they just don't care for u unless u r a corporate booking..Bad taste for the money paid. Secondly at every level they treat guests as threats..You are greeted with a full page of dos and don'ts on arrival signed by the manager . If you go to the gym there is another long list of dos and don'ts and threats of payment liable signed by the manager...It appears that u r not a customer but a loose cannon hell bent on damaging this hotel with the presumption that it is the first one you have ever stayed in..Not recom for people who know what value for money is and who have tasted good hospitality in the past .

The only good thing was the beautifull picture from our all beloved Swami in the entrance hall and the nice clean empty pool on the roof!

Service unfriendly unprofessionell and disturbing, forcing that I pay in the beginning. Not enough towels, needed to pay extra fee for cleaning costs for bedsheeds about 600Rs.!!! Acctually it should be 1000Rs...i was shocked! Dirty stinking carpet in the corridors, moddy and too old and dark in side.... Like in a Stephen King Movie. Not recommended!

Value for money. Good location. Easy access to Nise road. Avoid Bangalore huddle bustle.
